The rental rates for the whole villa are evaluated for 8 persons. $25 per night are charged for each additional person until 14 persons maximum. Please ask for an estimate of your stay by mail.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. The 13% governemental tax is not included. Daily housekeeping included, towels and linens included, Mineral water at will included.

On request (extra charge) : Breakfast 8$/person if you wish, laundry ($4/basket), baby-sitting (app.5$/h), Maylin's typical tico menu (ask for it),

a private chef for your special diner, mountain bike ($5/day), body-board (free rental with caution), surf boards' rental and classes (ask us for the prices).

ROOM 1 and 2 from 2 to 4 pp : spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and fan, a very confortable king bed and a bunk bed, a fridge, en-suite bathroom with tropical shower, private terrace with garden table and chairs, hammock and deckchair in front of the garden and the pool - $25 extra charge for additional person in the room

ROOM 3 for 2 pp : spacious bedroom in the 1st floor with air conditioning, two single beds that can be joined in a king bed or not, en-suite bathroom with toilets and a large terrace with

table and chairs, umbrella and beach transats overlooking the nature and the pool

ROOM 4 for 2 pp :  spacious bedroom in the 1st floor with air conditioning, two single beds that can be joined in a king bed or not, en-suite bathroom with toilets, table and chairs.
