Car
Take the highway from San Jose to Puntarenas (1h).Take
the ferry for Paquera and cross the bay onto the
Nicoya Peninsula during 1h15 (For daily information,
call Naviera Tambor 2661 2084). On the other side of
the bay, from Paquera, it's about an hour driving to Cobano,
continue straight at the crossing direction Santa Teresa.
In Santa Teresa, turn right at the crossing and continue
straight until the Hotel Villa Fleur de Lotus. The
Hotel
is
exactly 300m after the private school "Hermosa
Valley school" on the left side of the road of
Playa Manzanillo. It's 7kms and about 15 minutes drive from the
crossing to the hotel. Please call us if you are lost

plane
Daily flights
From the Juan Santa Maria's international airport
in San José to playa Tambor. Call Sansa Air (506) 2683 0137 or
Nature Air
1 (800) 235 92 72 Toll free (USA,Canada) or 2299 6000 in
Costa Rica. The
flight is 25 minutes long and the price around $100. If you want to have a rental car waiting for you at the Tambor airport, please
let us know. If not, ask us to send you a taxi. The
Sansa airport is located next to the international
airport, at walking distance. Nature air is located a
few kilometers from the airport, you will need a taxi to
reach it.

bus
There is a direct public bus from the Coca Cola station in
the center of San José to Santa Teresa for around
$12, ferry included - T.(506) 2642-0219. Tell them to
drop you off in "Tano Gaz station" in Santa Teresa.
Please let us know your arrival time and we will pick
you up.
A
private shuttle can pick you up from the airport
or from
your hotel in Alajuela or San José until the Hotel Villa
Fleur de Lotus for about $50. We can book a seat for you.
